Gallery Visit

Hi All,

We will meet at your Studio tomorrow at 1.30 so we can get to the gallery by 2pm. We cannot wait for those who are late. There are directions to the galleries on the GBK website (link above) please check directions if you are driving tomorrow. (The galleries are located next to one another.)

I left the readings on your desks in the Studio - if you get a chance read through before tomorrow (they are short gallery review's or exhibition essays). It would be great if you had questions.

You will be expected to make a comment on our blog following the gallery visit - so take notes if necessary.

I would like you to choose the exhibition that appeals to you (Jonathan Jones @ GBK or Kate Murphy @ Breenspace).

DUE: 7th APRIL (or before)
In (400 to)500words please comment on your reaction to the work, what you thought were the main themes/ conceptual concerns of the artist.

PLEASE do not simply regurgitate ideas found in the readings I have provided you with. AND remember to back up any ideas with relevant references.
