Art and Politics

I wanted to put up a post up about 'culture jamming' in response to this weeks topic. Art beyond the gallery and beyond the myth of the capital 'A' Artist. Art that is organic and autonomous.Culture jamming is in my mind a meeting point between art and activism: from messing with billboards, to banner dropping, to flash mobbing, to free parties, to street performance, etc, etc and all the bits in between...
