Art and Abstraction: Gretchen Albrecht

Gretchen Albrecht is a New Zealand artist. Her art includes both paintings and sculptures, both of which are considered abstract. She first became recognized through her paintings which involved pouring acrylic on canvases, eventually evolving her own signature oval-shaped canvas. She has recently started doing large scale stainless steel sculptures.
